Content Removal/Correction Request

Who may submit a request?

You may submit a request if you are the person shown or named, an authorised representative, a copyright owner, or a visitor reporting a genuine safety, privacy or legal concern.

What you can request

• withdraw consent and remove your profile or images;
• correct an age, location, contact detail, rate, description or other inaccuracy;
• report impersonation, stolen photos, copyright misuse or unauthorised personal data;
• report suspected minor involvement, trafficking, coercion, exploitation or other unlawful content;
• request access, correction or erasure of personal data, subject to applicable law.

What happens next

1. Receipt: we aim to acknowledge a complete request within 24 hours.
2. Triage: urgent safety, minor, impersonation and non-consensual-content reports are prioritised and content may be hidden during review.
3. Verification: we may request proportionate evidence that you are the affected person or are authorised to act. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary.
4. Decision: we aim to resolve standard requests within 15 days, although complex legal or ownership disputes may take longer.
5. Outcome: we may remove, correct, restrict or retain the content and will explain the outcome where appropriate and lawful.

Important notes

Removal from our website may not instantly remove search-engine caches, third-party copies or messages already sent through WhatsApp. We can remove only content and records we control. Some information may be preserved where required by law, necessary to protect safety, or reasonably needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

False, malicious or impersonated reports may be rejected. Do not submit another person’s identity document, intimate image or private data unless lawfully authorised and specifically requested through a secure channel.
